LifeStyle Mix. March.

LifeStyle Mix March_4

Despite my best intentions to publish more blog posts in March, time run so fast and I wonder how did it happen that the month is over… Perhaps it is because my days were filled with different activities, busy work schedule and two travels that I were most enjoyable – the first one to Munich, the second one to London, where I am at the moment. I look forward to sharing my London adventures, but before that happens, some moments captured over the past weeks.

My travels to Munich are usually short and sweet, with just enough time to enjoy the city life, art, gourmet and shopping, all in different proportions, depending on mood and occasion. This time I chose to visit BMW Welt, the famous space dedicated to this iconic brand (; Neue Pinakothek, well know collection of paintings from the XIX century (; stopped for a quality shopping experience at Käfer ( and enjoyed long breakfasts at my favorite Cafe Luitpold ( No wonder why I look forward to my next visit in Munich!

Keep it Simple.

In those first days of Spring, when mornings and evenings still remind of a winter chill, keep it simple with a solid base of timeless essentials, creating and effortless and polished look, like from Emerson Fry pictures.

From the Bookshelf. “Paris Street Style. A guide to effortless chic.” by Isabelle Thomas & Frederique Veysset.

Paris Street Style

The allure of Paris translates well into many publications, with “Paris Street Style. A guide to effortless chic.” being one of my favorites. This chic book by Isabelle Thomas and Frederique Veysset offers a comprehensive “know – how” into French elegance and that famous nonchalant chic, that Parisians seem to project effortlessly. In fourteen generously illustrated chapters, topics such as little black dress, vintage pieces, classic denim, perfect base of essentials or making cheap look classy are covered in a witty, light, yet smart and not trivial way. To make it even more significant, each chapter summarizes an interview with a prominent persona from Parisian fashion scene.

All in all, “Paris Street Style. A guide to effortless chic.” makes a pleasant and inspiring reading, so if French sense of style is close to your heart, you will surely find it interesting.
